A number of regular attendees at our meetings have indicated that they will not attend the scheduled meeting on January 10, because they expect to go to the projected memorial service for Linda McKaughan, late wife of our president K1DM. Consequently the meeting on the 10th is being rescheduled to the 31. Presumably we will meet at the North Kingstown Library but that has not yet been confirmed.

I’m honored that several of you are planning to attend the Memorial Service for Linda. I appreciate your support. Plans are falling into position. The Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday morning, January 10, 2015 at the Coast Guard Memorial Chapel on the grounds of the U. S. Coast Guard Academy. The Chapel Family is hosting a reception following the service in the Chapel Fellowship Room, downstairs. It should be fun having everyone together!

Unfortunately the NK Free Library can not accommodate us on Saturday January the 31st. We will need to secure another venue.
